Fibre
Our cotton is grown in the USA and Australia.
We use recycled cotton from pre-consumer waste, our recycled cotton yarn comes from Japan. Recycled cotton has the least impact on the planet compared to other types of cotton and virgin fibres.
Fabric
Our stretch denim fabric is an excellent quality traditional denim cloth with added elastane for extra comfort. After spinning, half the yarns are yarn-dyed with indigo dye and half left undyed in ecru. The typical denim cloth is created by weaving the indigo-coloured yarn with undyed ecru in a 3/1 twill weave structure which makes the specific look of a denim cloth. Then the fabric is sewn into a garment and indigo dye is washed out to achieve the desired softness and worn look.
Factory
The garments are sewn and finished in Turkey. We are happy to have partnered up with an excellent laundry that uses environmentally-friendly denim finishes.
