SS16: The New Season in Detail

Committed to making beautiful clothes, our West London studio is home to a small team who meticulously design every single piece from sketch, to sample, to shoot.

The SS16 collection continues the strong Wrap aesthetic of effortlessly confident styling for the bohemian urbanite. This season we're mixing contemporary shapes with laidback luxury and drawing attention to detail with beautiful folk embroideries, subtle fringing and feminine lace.

Colour Palette

Our colour focus for SS16 is a mix of smudgy and muted hues with punches of earthy browns and nude tones. Khaki and rust combine in an unexpected pairing that gives the collection a utilitarian edge. Icy muted tones add a fresh and minimalist edge to relaxed silhouettes. Washed out blues, indigos, burnt out reds and ginger highlights bring out a low key 70's story.

Play with Pattern

Wrap's bespoke print designs are created in-house, giving the collection its own signature look. To brighten up the cooler months opt for blurred ikat and washed down palm prints in casual and laid-back layers. As we dream of warmer days, move towards abstract and floral prints in fluid, drapey fabrics.

It's all in the detail

As always, fabrics are the foundation of our collection and detailing is key, with a strong focus on embellishment and texture. We use only the finest natural materials; from pure linen and cashmere to silk and hemp cotton. Knits are textured crocheted and fringed. Vintage embroidery and lace work are set back with cool artisan styling and denim is looking fresh in new and contemporary shapes.
