There are three simple ways to shop online...

- Alternatively, use the search box to find a specific product (by entering the product code), or a type of product (by entering a characteristic, such as 'Cashmere' or 'Skirt').
- Or if you'd just like to have a look around until something catches your eye, select a category from the menu at the top of the page and browse away!
To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the colour chip that corresponds to the correct size and colour. (An 'x' instead of a colour chip means that the size/colour is unfortunately not available.) You can check what's in your shopping bag at any time by hovering your mouse pointer over the shopping bag in the top right corner.
When you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, then follow the instructions through the checkout process.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.
Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods only when your order is despatched. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro (UK) and Visa Electron.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Wrap for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s) and therefore the charge to your credit/debit card.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.
We accept online payment in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layering technology (SSL) by credit card, or debit card. This means that on any page where you enter your personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon in the address bar (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome), or the top right corner of the browser window (Safari).
As well as being convenient, shopping over the internet is a safe and secure way to shop. To help keep it safe we suggest you always close down your internet browser when you have finished shopping online, especially if you use a shared PC. This will delete temporary Internet cookies from any sites you may have visited.
We send our goods out to you in sturdy cardboard boxes, with the contents hand wrapped in tissue paper. Our boxes are made of 75% recycled materials and are themselves 100% recyclable.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £4.95
Standard delivery within the UK costs £4.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders should ordinarily arrive within five working days.
If no-one is at the specified delivery address when the courier attempts delivery, you can ask them to leave the package in a 'safe place' - i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions as part of your order. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for three weeks.
NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY - £8.95
We do offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders of in stock items received on weekdays before 2pm guaranteed to arrive the next working day. This costs £8.95. You will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted through your door.
Our next day service is only available for orders placed for delivery on a weekday. Unfortunately we are not able to make next day deliveries at the weekend, nor can we provide a next day service to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0845 120 8484 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been despatched.
When the items ordered form part of a set or suit, then we will only despatch your order when all items become available.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £18.00
If you are ordering from Germany, please re-direct to your local site www.wrap-london.de for a swifter service.
We are happy to fulfill orders to most other European addresses, from the UK site. These are charged at £18.00 an order and can take up to a week to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Free returns are not available to addresses outside of the UK, any returns are at the recipients costs.
REST OF THE WORLD - £20.00
If you are ordering from the USA, please re-direct to your local site www.wraplondon.com for a swifter service. We are happy to fulfill orders to most other addresses outside Europe, from the UK site. These are charged at £20 an order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Free returns are not available to addresses outside of the UK, any returns are at the recipients costs.
TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Most international deliveries are sent by courier and the progress of your delivery can be tracked through their website. However, deliveries to the following countries are sent by Royal Mail International and cannot be tracked on line.
Turkey, Italy, Cyprus, Malta and Greece.

Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 21 days of receipt for a refund. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible and within 10 working days. However, please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
We offer a free returns service on all full price orders. Simply attach the reply paid sticker that appears at the bottom of your despatch note, to the original packaging. Free returns are not available during sale periods. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer our free returns service to those customers who require delivery to an address outside of the UK. Customers ordering for delivery to an address outside of the UK are required to cover the costs of any returns.

We will never, ever pass your email address on to a third-party for marketing purposes.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
If any promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery. To qualify for a multi-buy offer, all the items must be in stock or available to purchase. Where one item is offered free of charge and not all the items are the same price, then it is the cheapest item which is offered free of charge. If an item is returned which brings the total number of items retained below the offer threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the offer is no longer valid. Previous purchases are not eligible for this offer.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO CANCEL
You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. If you send your entire order back to us within seven days, using our free returns label, we will deduct the value of the returns postage from your refund. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order. You can however still return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
