Delivery
If your order is placed before 12.00pm, we aim to despatch the same day (providing the item is in stock).
Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days. We charge
a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Please note orders for several
items might be delivered in more than one parcel (this does not
affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $15 regardless of the
number of parcels).
The shipping charge is non-refundable.
If anything is out of stock, we'll let you know when we are expecting to receive the items on the Shopping Basket page (so you still have a chance to amend the order).
Payment will only be taken when the goods are despatched.

A pre-paid USPS return label is provided for your convenience. Attach it to your package and leave it with your postal carrier or take it to the post office. You will not need to pay any postage up front. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Alternatively send the return by a carrier of your choice to Wrap London, 3580 NW 56th Street, Suite 100, FT Lauderdale, FL 33309.

Order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that should any item fail to meet your expectations, the Wrap 'no quibble' guarantee allows you to return any goods for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.

How to Order
There are three simple ways to use wrap online…
-If you know exactly what you'd like to order, use our Fast Order page.
-Alternatively, use the search box to find a specific product (by entering the product code), or a type of product (by entering a characteristic, such as 'Cashmere' or 'Skirt').
-Or if you 'd just like to have a look around until something catches your eye, select a category from the top menu and browse away!
To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the colour chip that corresponds to the correct size and colour. (An 'x' instead of a colour chip means that the size/colour is unfortunately not available.)
You can check what's in your shopping bag at any time by hovering your mouse pointer over the shopping bag in the top right corner.
When you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, then follow the instructions through the checkout process.

To ensure the security of your transaction, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that on any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. (Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information.) We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.

(This will only appear on pages where you enter personal information, such as credit card details.)
