We send our goods out to you in sturdy cardboard boxes, with the contents hand wrapped in tissue paper. Our boxes are made of 75% recycled materials and are themselves 100% recyclable.
SHIPMENT FROM ENGLAND - $15
Your order will be despatched direct from our warehouse in England. Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods. We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than 1 parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $15 regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge is non-refundable.
FEDEX EXPRESS - $30
We also offer an Express delivery service and parcels despatched via FedEx will be delivered within 4 business days. This service is trackable through the FedEx website via a link in your despatch email. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than 1 parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $30 regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge is non-refundable.
If requested by the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, occasionally FedEx Trade Networks may be required to contact you by telephone prior to delivery for your Social Security, I.R.S or EIN Number. You may also be required to provide this information in writing by filling in form CBP 5106 but you will be advised of this during the telephone call. This is standard procedure and will only happen once.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email
customercare@wraplondon.com or call toll free 800 915 2718 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been despatched.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. Your order should not be subject to import duties but occasionally this does happen. If your delivery has been subject to import duties please click here.
RETURNS POLICY
Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 21 days of receipt for a refund as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible within 5 business days of our receipt in the UK, however, please allow up to 10 business days during busy periods. A pre-paid USPS return label is provided through a link in your despatch email. If you do not provide an email address you may request a return label from
Customer Services. Attach it to your package and leave it with your postal carrier or take it to the post office. You will not need to pay any postage up front. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

FREE EXCHANGE SHIPPING
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, return it to us within 21 days of purchase and we will send you the replacement item free of any additional shipping charges.
