We send our goods out to you in sturdy cardboard boxes, with the contents hand wrapped in tissue paper. Our boxes are made of 75% recycled materials and are themselves 100% recyclable.
SHIPMENT FROM ENGLAND - $15
Your order will be despatched direct from our warehouse in England. Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods. We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than one parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $15 regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge is non-refundable.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email
customercare@wraplondon.com or call toll free 800 915 2718 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been despatched.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge. When the items ordered form part of a set or suit, then we will only despatch your order when all items become available.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
RETURNS POLICY
Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within
21 days of receipt for a refund. We always aim to process returns as
quickly as possible and within 14 working days. However, please allow up
to 21 days during busy periods. A pre-paid USPS return label is provided
for your convenience. Attach it to your package and leave it with your
postal carrier or take it to the post office. You will not need to pay any
postage up front. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of
your refund.

FREE EXCHANGE SHIPPING
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, return it to us
within 21 days of purchase and we will send you the replacement item free
of any additional shipping charges. We can only exchange an item for an
alternative size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different
item, please contact Customer Care on 800 915 2718.
